Vintage Design
Pair of lounge chairs in cognac leather and rosewood frames. These chairs were manufactured in Denmark around the 1960s, and bear a strong similarity to chairs by Hans Olsen, though we have to yet found a reliable attribution. Quite often lounge chairs of this vintage have a tendency to sag, as the rubber straps that support the cushions start to deteriorate. However these chairs still have their spring support intact so the chairs are still very comfortable to sit on. The manufacturer has used top quality rosewood for the chair frame, and it shows a striking grain throughout. Chairs have been re-touched and are in a very good vintage condition.
