It is a confession that can be entered on both sides. In the middle is the place for the clergyman, who decreases the confession to the “sinner” either on the right side or on the left. To do this, the priest only had to open the small window flaps, which enabled the direct personal conversation between spiritual and laypersons without the faces being recognized (see pictures). The door for the clergy can still be closed with the original iron bar from the inside. A curtain belongs to the door that ensures privacy.
Dimensions: 200 cm high, 128 cm wide, 75 cm deep.
The confessional is in the original condition from the time. Only damaged wooden parts were re -glued and the surface was cleaned and sealed with transparent paint.
